Crossreach

The Social Care arm of the Church of Scotland.

Over 3000 people are supported every day by 2000 staff.
 
Help is given unconditionally, regardless of age, beliefs, race or sexual orientation.

There are 8 specific service areas where help and support is given.

1. Childrens’ Services
   
2. Counselling & Support  (incl. Postnatal Depression Support)
   
3. Criminal Justice  (Perth Prison Visitors Centre)
   
4. Homeless People
   
5. Learning Disabilities
   
6. Mental Health  (Care & Support)
   
7. Older People  (Care Homes) (Dementia Sufferers)
   
8. Substance Misuse  (Addiction Services & Support)
   

The Church of Scotland Social Care Council is always looking for opportunities to work in partnership with Churches and Presbyteries and also to make their aims wider known, especially amongst Church members.
